There are jobs out there for you, but you just have to know where to look and keep looking until you find them. Teaching jobs aren’t easy to find, but there are jobs in education just waiting for someone like you to fill them.

You probably just aren’t looking for school jobs in the right places. You have probably looked in your local schools so far, and not found what you needed. If you haven’t looked in local schools yet then you obviously haven’t been trying hard enough. Assuming that you have looked for school jobs locally, where should you go next?

A good online tutoring site will always be looking for new recruits, and if you have a good resume and some teaching experience, you should be able to get a job there.

If online tutoring is not for you, then you can also use the internet as another way to find jobs in education in or near your area. Teacher directories can lead you to open positions and schools that are hiring. You can go to your state board of education website to see what jobs there are available for you, and many times you can find just the information that you need. There are jobs in education out there, you just need to keep looking.
